Frame it Grey
“Frame It Grey” was designed and built as the framing system for the GFRY Studio exhibition “18%Gray” which was invited to be shown at FuoriSalone during the occasion of Salone del Mobile in the spring of 2008. The exhibition treated the matter of light as a tangible and formable substance - - an extraordinary material for design exploration.
“Frame It Grey” is a spatial interior frame that creates specific exhibit environments for the individual experiments of 18%Gray while also serving as a link to a complete context. The fragmented walls create interactions with the spatial light as well as multiple sight-lines of the experiments.
